Saturday 1oth July 2010:
A short demonstartion will be performed at Welland House Residential Home in dogsthorpe as part of a fund raising open day for the home.Demo’s will be on at 12:00, 12:20 and 1:00pm.

February 2010:
Thankyou to those who took part in the demo held at Queensgate shopping centre to support the change 4 life campaign. The demonstration went very well and helped raise vital awareness to children and young adults to show how important dance and exercise are in everyday life. A big thankyou to those who came to watch and support us!

Sunday 25th October 2009:
An adult (show zone)and children’s (under 13’s team) entered into this years UK National Street Dance Championships. Well done to both groups for their hard work in rehearsals and on the day. An extra congratulations to the showzone team who were placed third in their category!
